We are not Medicare providers which means if you receive Medicare then you are only able to be treated by FYMPT for wellness visits due to Medicare guidelines.

These visits include basic education and instruction on prevention of injuries or impaired mobility, home safety, and reducing fall risks

We offer single session rates but also offer packages to allow for savings. A good faith estimate will be provided in writing after your initial evaluation so there will be no surprises on cost.

We accept venmo, cash, check, or card. As is customary for professional services, payment is expected at the time of service.

If you cancel greater than 24 hours from your appointment time then no fees are incurred. Should you cancel less than 24 hours from appointment time there will be a fee of $50. No show fee is $100 or loss of visit fee if you have a package. These fees must be paid prior to the next treatment session.

Each session will generally last 1 hour or less. Should you arrive late your session will still end at the end of the scheduled hour.
